Welcome to Rokkvika Porselensfabrikk
Gunvor Tangrand is a Norwegian artist and ceramicist. She grew up in a well-known artist family in Lofoten and learned the craft from the ground up in her mother’s ceramic studio.

With a true artistic spirit, Gunvor experiments freely with materials, colors, forms, and methods. Deeply inspired by the wild nature around her, she often incorporates locally sourced clay, sand, and stone into her work.

In 2019, she founded her own studio: Rokkvika Porselensfabrikk. Since then, she has been creating ceramics, art installations, and experiences — collaborating with architects, designers, and high-end restaurants. Her studio in Lofoten is a living lab for ideas and experimentation, where she explores the endless possibilities of clay, glaze, technique, and texture. Her signature visual style is playful, intuitive, and proudly imperfect.

In Rokkvika, you’ll find both a shop and a working studio, along with events and hands-on courses.
